Complaints made about the Southminster Branch Line.

A number of people have put complaints in writing or emails. Some have passed me information about these complaints and have agreed to make the information public. At this point in time, I have not processed all the information I have. For obvious reasons, people often want their personal data withheld.

I will not necessarily agree with all the points made by everyone here. And some is rather old, although the points made several years ago, are still very relevant today! Some information is password protected. This is done until such time as I have confirmed with the individual that they are happy for the information to be made public in the way it is. All individuals have agreed to make information public, but some times with restrictions. Until I'm happy that the individuals are happy with how the information is presented, it is not made public. So rest-assured, if you want to send me information, I will not make it public unless you have agreed to its contents in full.
