I'm of the belief that the best way to complain is in writing, rather than by emails or telephone. However, a complaint to One Great Eastern, copied to your local MP John Whittingdale is likely to be quite effective. John Whittingdale is well aware of the problems on the line. However, all this happend many years ago, so a reminder of the line's quality of service would not go amiss
